The Package Branding Story: Cat's Praise Edition

As a dictionary definition, a 'catch phrase' is a phrase or sentence used to grab people's attention. We named this edition, “Cat’s Praise”, with a little bit of wit. Many pets are abandoned, just like commodities are wasted. Through this capsule edition, we hope that it will be an opportunity to bring a warm gaze to weak pets.

Character's Story

You can see the 'cat' drawn on the paper sleeve. One is on the single origin package, the other one is on the blending package. They are our family living in Coffee Libre's main office. After being rescued, they are the ones who bring happiness more than anyone else. We confidently present you with delicious capsule coffee.

Capsule Coffee Recipe

Put a capsule into the machine and press the extraction button.

Add water or milk to the extracted espresso according to your taste.

 Tip  The capsule machine’s pressure may be reduced after extracting several times. 

Please wait for 10 seconds between the extraction for a much tastier capsule coffee. 

* Coffee Libre capsules are compatible with Nespresso machines.

(It is difficult to use Nespresso Vertuo models and Dolce Gusto machines. Please check before purchase.)

Payment

Users who use a credit card to pay for a large order may receive a call from their credit card company to confirm the payment. 

Orders may be arbitrarily suspended or canceled if it has been determined that a false order was placed during the verification process such as using a stolen card or playing an order under someone else’s name.

The product purchase price can be deposited without a bankbook through PC banking, internet banking, telebanking, or directly at a nearby bank. 

The name of the depositor entered at the time of placing the order must match the name of the actual depositor. Deposits must be made within three days.

• Orders will be released about one day after the order's placed. (for business days only.)

  If orders are made during weekends or holidays, they will be picked up on the 1st business day after the weekends or holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible for Returns and Exchanges 
- You can request a return or exchange within seven days of receiving the product.

   Items will be eligible for exchange or return if they were defective, damaged, or different from what was displayed/advertised.

 - Products other than food can be returned if the packaging and product are unopened and there is no damage.

   However, customers shall be responsible for round-trip shopping costs for returns that are not attributable to the seller.

 Ineligible for Returns and Exchanges 

  Especially for food products such as coffee beans and drip bags,there is no refund obligation if one or more of the provisions below apply.
   1) If the product is lost or damaged due to the customer’s negligence.
   2) If it is not possible to resell the product due to the packaging being opened or damaged.
   3) If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer’s use or partial consumption.
