The website says delivery is complete, but I haven’t received my beans yet. Where can I confirm delivery?

It is difficult to check the real-time delivery status on the shopping mall.

If you are curious about the delivery status, please check it separately through EMS tracking.

If a delivery has not been confirmed, please contact us by email (sales@coffeelibre.kr) and we will help you with the process.
