이용안내

회원가입 안내

Users sign up for membership by agreeing to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and certain registration items listed on the form on the “Member Signup” menu. Users will be able to use the service for free immediately after joining.
 Members will not have to re-enter all of the requested information when placing an order. 

Members will have the opportunity to participate in group purchases and auctions. 

Members will be able to participate in member-only events and receive various discounts.

Product orders shall be made in the following steps:


- Step 1: Check or search for product(s).

- Step 2: Add to cart.

- Step 3: Sign in with a member ID or create an order as a non-member. 

- Step 4: Fill out the order form.

- Step 5: Select payment method and make a payment.

- Step 6: Order confirmation screen (order number).


 For non-member orders, please make a note of the order number and confirmation number (when paying by credit card) as provided in Step 6.

This information is automatically saved for members, so there is no need to make a separate note of it.

Users who use a credit card to pay for a large order may receive a call from their credit card company to confirm the payment. 

Orders may be arbitrarily suspended or canceled if it has been determined that a false order was placed during the verification process such as using a stolen card or playing an order under someone else’s name.

The product purchase price can be deposited without a bankbook through PC banking, internet banking, telebanking, or directly at a nearby bank. 

The name of the depositor entered at the time of placing the order must match the name of the actual depositor. Deposits must be made within three days.

    Orders will be released about one day after the order's placed. (for business days only.)

    If orders are made during weekends or holidays, they will be picked up on the 1st business day after the weekends or holidays.

    Shipment usually takes about 7 to 14 days to get delivered by EMS service, however, shipping time may get longer in the event of logistics issues or shipment conditions.

Eligible for Returns and Exchanges 
- You can request a return or exchange within seven days of receiving the product.

   Items will be eligible for exchange or return if they were defective, damaged, or different from what was displayed/advertised.

 - Products other than food can be returned if the packaging and product are unopened and there is no damage.

   However, customers shall be responsible for round-trip shopping costs for returns that are not attributable to the seller.


 Ineligible for Returns and Exchanges 

  Especially for food products such as coffee beans and drip bags,there is no refund obligation if one or more of the provisions below apply.
   1) If the product is lost or damaged due to the customer’s negligence.
   2) If it is not possible to resell the product due to the packaging being opened or damaged.
   3) If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer’s use or partial consumption.

Refunds

If a customer requests a refund, the “shopping mall” shall refund the payment amount within three business days after confirming that the product has been returned. 

The credit card authorization will be canceled to ensure the customer does not get charged. 

(Please note that you may be charged according to the date of the credit card payment. Your credit card company will process the refund on the following month’s statement.)

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
